VSOsExposed.com invites veterans, families, whistleblowers, and former employees to report questionable conduct involving VA claims assistance.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California Veterans United has announced the launch of VSOsExposed.com, a new confidential reporting platform designed to help veterans, military families, whistleblowers, and former employees report questionable conduct involving VA disability claims assistance within Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs).

The initiative is designed to empower veterans by providing a place to document their experiences, identify patterns of misconduct, and encourage greater transparency within organizations that should always place veterans first.

“Veterans should never have to question whether the people claiming to help them are acting in their best interests,” said Sky Ainsworth, California Veterans United. “Our veterans earned these benefits through their service and sacrifice. They deserve honesty, transparency, and ethical representation. When those standards are not met, there must be accountability.”

California Veterans United is asking veterans, military families, caregivers, former employees, contractors, and anyone with firsthand knowledge of questionable practices at VSOs to come forward and submit information through VSOsExposed.com.

Individuals are encouraged to include supporting documentation whenever possible, including contracts, invoices, payment records, emails, text messages, advertisements, and other materials that help explain their experience.

California Veterans United emphasized that submissions made through VSOsExposed.com are personal accounts provided by individuals and are not findings of fact or legal determinations. Rather, the purpose of the platform is to identify recurring patterns, increase transparency, and help ensure appropriate authorities are aware of potential misconduct affecting veterans.

“The men and women who served our country deserve better than silence when they believe something isn’t right,” Ainsworth said. “Real accountability begins when veterans know their voices matter. By speaking up, they can help expose harmful practices, protect fellow veterans from experiencing the same treatment, and strengthen the integrity of the entire system.”

California Veterans United encourages anyone with relevant information to submit a confidential report through VSOsExposed.com.
